I am in a slingshot contest at school with pig stuff animal slingshot toys, how can i modify elastic so i win?

THe contest will be held on monday, but I need to know if I can somehow like combine the elastic with another peace of elastic, or if there is a special way to shoot the pig, if really want to win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    use thicker/longer elastic…try to go at a 45 degree angle, that will help…
