Why does my cat hide the racoon toy?

I have plenty of small stuffed animal toys for my cat, but there is this one little racoon one that she hid and now I can’t find it.
She doesn’t play with it anymore but she still plays with all the others still. I don’t get it because she used to play with it all the time.

    My three cats do the same thing, they’ll choose a toy…and for some reason, they’ll hide it. o_O Since all of my cats are females, I believe it’s just because they’ve chosen it as their “kitten” and hide it to protect it, since that’s what they’d do with real kittens.
